How long does shipping take for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia, though remote areas may require additional time.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do your light fixtures come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. The duration varies by brand and product type, typically ranging from 12 months to 5 years for LED integrated fixtures.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are the bulbs included with the light fittings?
Unless specified as 'Integrated LED' or otherwise stated in the product description, bulbs are generally sold separately to allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness.
